             We have established personal design studio two years ago.

             Our primary goal is in designing high performance sailing yachts . Therefore, during last year, we developed  three powerful tools.

             Firstly,  we have developed  PARAMETER SHAPE DESIGN PROGRAM- PSHDP, that produces smooth surfaces of shape of hull&deck, completely  and easily controlled by 38 parameters and gives cutting files for milling test models.      

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                                                                                         Our experienced  engineer rebuilt a small testing tank [models up to 800 mm, Fr=0.6-6.5}, but with two great advantages: firstly, with special construction we have avoided shallow water effect and secondly, model fixing mechanism allows the model to move freely except around Z direction, so we get very useful data  for Fr=2.7-5.5 [semi planning].

             Model testing is very slow and expensive job and we plan to test a model  in every two months.

             And finally, we wrote files for special program called EVOLVE CHAPE VELOCITY PREDICTION PROGRAM that changes parameters of hull, deck, appendixes and sail to calculate maximum average speed [or (and) covered distance], according to given weather and wind conditions!

             We'll update hull lines and technical data every couple months according to results of new testing models. You can see results of using ESVPP on design of Mini boats on  MINI 6.5 RANGE  page.
